Shipping & Returns
All orders will be processed within 24 - 72 hours on business days.
Once your order is processed, shipping usually takes between 15 - 30 working days. Please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions, we always respond within 24 hours. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated.
LOST, STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.
WHERE DO PRODUCTS SHIP FROM?
We source our inventory from several locations within the US, Europe, and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles we have a centralized fulfillment center in Asia that all of our products ship from.
To return an item, please send us an email to email@example.com for further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are processed in store credit ONLY, no refunds. Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a store credit of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. Store credit will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year! All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
